Senior/Lead E-learning Developer


£38,000 Per Annum

Instinct Resourcing are working with a prestigious and well-respected organisation in Leeds to recruit a creative Senior E-learning Developer.

The Company:

This successful and forward-thinking organisation provide innovative face-to-face and distance learning courses to students across the UK and they have a real passion for creative online learning.

The Role:

As a Senior E-learning Developer, you would oversee the development of a variety of highly creative e-learning courses. You would manage stakeholders, ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget and would provide expertise on the best e-learning/digital learning technologies in the online learning industry. You would also supervise more junior members of the e-learning team and would be collaborating with a very large and very passionate team consisting of Instructional Designers, Animation Specialists, Video Producers and Product Managers.

The Person:

The ideal candidate would have extensive experience developing creative e-learning, ideally in an educational environment. You would have a good technical skillset including knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, rapid authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, knowledge of HTML and CSS. You would also have demonstrable experience of supervising/managing e-learning staff members. It is also preferred if you have worked on high-level courses such as CPD courses, Degree modules or similar.
