Working for the UK'S leader within operational service and support to the onshore pipeline sector an opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Administrator to join their growing team based at their head office. As the IT Support Administrator you will be responsible for: Providing IT support to approximately 120 users connected to the business critical network. Deal with telephone, email; and face to face enquiries - define problems, undertake fault diagnosis and identify solutions. Ensure that daily health checks of servers and back up routines are undertaken. Provide system support for all software applications and their associated customisations. Act as software advisor to PC users in the use of advanced features of Windows and MS Office applications. Provide back up support to the IT Manager. To be successful as the IT Administrator you will have: Recognised qualification in IT / Computing Experience in a similar technical support role with experience of network and PC support. Proficient knowledge of PC hardware, Windows servers, Sharepoint, Citrix 1st and 2nd line support Ability to communicate IT issues to non-technical people. The company offer a competitive package which includes: £18,000 - £21,000 Annual bonus - this generally equates to around 7% of your base salary.
