Purchase Ledger Manager

Salary £25,000-£28,000

Permanent Full Time Monday - Friday - Normal Business Hours

Location:- North Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a successful and expanding purchase ledger team
  • Deal with suppliers and answering queries
  • Liaise with buyers
  • Ensure invoices are processed
  • Register new suppliers
  • Maintain relationships with current customers
  • Reconcile all supplier rebate payments
  • Deal with audit expense claims
  • Provide excellent problem solving abilities
  • Solve departmental issues
  • Accurate processing of VAT

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Managerial experience essential
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent numeracy and problem solving skills
