Greenwood and Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a niche property consultancy to source an experienced Compliance Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the safety team in providing technical health and safety advice and auditing services within the managed facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with huge growth plans for the next 12-18 months.

The successful candidate will carry out the following activities as part of their role:

  • Provide technical health and safety support to businesses site based employees
  • Liaise with key employees within the FM team across an agreed region
  • Provide support to the H&S Director and Manager in the provision of KPI client reporting
  • Identify key learning and improvement opportunities
  • Regularly review compliance over all data systems for clients, producing reports as per objectives.
  • Carry out operational risk audits of sites as required
  • Carry out due diligence audits of sites as required
  • Provide clear process and procedures on the transference, mobilisation and escalation of data with
  • Linking data with e-logbooks, MRI, to ensure a consistent approach
  • Determine regular report data and support the Support Service team on provision of these report
Candidates must have a NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma.
