Test Analyst required, testing new embedded software & PC based configuration and programming tools for a range of market leading products. This is a creative role where the analyst is required to test products for both the intended and alternative potential uses, creating and modelling appropriate test conditions/scenarios. The role will involve - Defining the test strategy/approach. - Test Planning - Test Execution - Testing over the full SDLC - Design & build test environments - Managing documentation This is a hands on role with a world renowned technology leader in Automation where dynamism, drive and technical ability will be rewarded. Support and both formal / Informal training will be available to further develop the applicants skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: - Full testing of the software development lifecycle - Knowledge of Industrial Automation products - An interest in development - Experience of embedded software. Will suit applicants with experience of any of the following: embedded software, software testing, systems testing, test analysis, product testing and an interest in development.
