Application Support and Development Specialist IT Services Salary in the range of £33,357 to £38,078 p.a. incl. L.W. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated individual to play a key role in the design, operational support and enhancement of applications, including but not limited to, the Financial System, Learning Systems, HR System, Timetabling System, SharePoint, Library and CRM systems. You will have highly developed IT skills and experience of multiple corporate applications systems management in a fast-moving and challenging environment. You will ensure existing systems are running optimally and relevant system patches and updates are applied as required as well as the ongoing development of the environment in line with defined application roadmaps. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, or demonstrable equivalent experience within the HE Sector with strong client facing skills with a professional attitude and experience of planning, prioritising and organising multiple streams of work with a focus on the achievement of customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to deliver change with a focus on continuous improvement.
