Established in 2003, by a group of ambitious Engineers, this firm has gone from being a small group of guys with a dream to one of the leading Building Energy Management Solution companies in the UK in a very short space of time. Based in the South East, in the county of Surrey, this dynamic and diverse company is looking for a talented Lead Service Engineer / Service Manager to join their ranks and support their junior engineers and deal with complex service maintenance of their major contracts.

As an experienced Lead Engineer / Service Manager you will be:-

·Be an experience BEMS Engineer with supervisory experience

·Deal with complex service maintenance and repairs as well as working in the office 1-2 times per week

·Happy to travel throughout the South East (Essex, Kent, London & Hertfordshire)

·Have excellent verbal & written skills

·Supervisory/Managerial Experience

·Available to cover engineer shortages when required

·Be commercially minded

Skilled Needed:-

·Fgas 2079 (or equivalent)

·Qualified in multi disciplines

·Experience of working inDomestic & Commercial Setting

·Carry out diagnostic and fault finding

·Carry out routine, complex servicing and repair work

·Have excellent verbal & written skills


·£45k - £50k basic salary (40 hour week) dependant on experience and interview

·20 days holiday (8 bank holidays)

·Available overtime – time and a half and double time always available

·Supplied with a clothing allowance

·Company Car / Car Allowance (£6k per annum)

·Private Healthcare

·Paid expenses
