The Role

As the Apprenticeship Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Apprenticeships in the leading and managing of apprenticeship delivery, staff and resources within a designated Directorship. This will include the management of staff which will involve setting objectives, monitoring performance and sickness absence. In addition to this, you will participate in the selection of apprenticeship staff, as well as ensuring that excellent training is provided, allowing for the positive development of staff.

You also will be responsible for employer relationship management, securing repeat business and effective liaison with BASE.

You will need to have a Full Driving Licence as travel between sites will be required.
