A very successful vertically integrated supplier now have an exciting and unique job opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. They are well established with a number of major high-street retailers; your role will be focused on managing existing and developing new business relationships with fashion retailers and helping oversee the design and technical team to come up with innovative trend driven womenswear.
Your new role
As the Account Manager you will have pre-existing relationships with a number of private label fashion buyers. You will also be pro-actively targeting new business and building long-standing relationships. This is a hands on autonomous role where you will have the decision making power of where to target the new business. You will have the support of an established design and merchandising team in the UK, and a very reputable factory set up off-shore that has excellent compliance standards. This role will require someone to be mostly office based, and part on the road meeting with new customers and securing orders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record as a sales account manager within the fashion garments sector, and be well connected with mid-market high-street retail buyers. You will have an excellent knowledge of ladieswear fashion product, and be very hands on and creative.You will have a positive and flexible attitude and be able to manage a small team.
