Our Investment Specialist will receive a competitive salary plus benefits including; - Bonus - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Our award winning private medical insurance - Stakeholder Pension Plan with employer contribution - Vitality Partners and Rewards As our Investment Specialist you will be the Subject Matter Expert on the VitalityInvest range of both Active and Passive funds. Your role will be to educate and influence both the internal distribution teams and the external Advisers on the use of the Vitality Invest product range and funds. You will provide specialist technical sales guidance and training to the various Vitality Invest Distribution channels Responsibilities as our Investment Specialist: - Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as Business Consultants, national Account Managers, Franchise Directors and management - Work with the Fund Managers in order to position VitalityInvests range of funds as well as their positioning to the rest of the market - Work with the Business Consultants to develop relationships with the their Financial Advisers - To increase sales of the Vitality Invest products through the designated channels with the aim to achieve the specified sales target - Generate and implement sales strategies to grow the VitalityInvest brand and market share - Support the training team as and when required - Provide technical training and case support to the Business Consultants National account managers and Franchise directors for Investment sales - To be the main point of contact for National Account managers for investment related opportunities - Design, implement and manage a proactive approach to further develop Network relationships and to facilitate their expansion into the Investment arena - Build and maintain relationships with the Network training and compliance teams in order to drive Investment sales - Contribute to the development of the Investment product proposition To become our Investment Specialist, you will have the below skills and experience: - A levels or equivalent - RO5 Financial Services exam - RO2 (Level 4 qualified) - Experience in dealing with Financial Advisers in the UK investment market - Experience in developing investment sales in the UK market - An understanding of portfolio construction and the fund market in general - Experience in delivering new and innovative propositions/products in the investment arena (Desirable) Working for Vitality as an Investment Specialist, you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
