Excellent opportunity for an experienced FM Service Delivery Manager to join a highly reputable organisation on a permanent basis within Surrey and/or London. Our client has a wealth of knowledge and experience working on major Government Services, Technology and Construction projects throughout the UK and worldwide. Due to an expanding workload, they are seeking an enthusiastic FM Service Delivery Manager to join their expert team.

The selected candidate will have a variety of roles and responsibilities, which will include:

  • Ensuring the FM supply chain are contractually compliant
  • Managing suppliers
  • Identifying positive/negative trends in performance, and continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality and performance, an take proactive action where necessary
  • Continuously monitoring performance through the monitoring of data and liaising with other members of the team
  • Providing training and awareness sessions
  • Holding formal contract review meetings with supply chain as per contractual terms
  • Continuously updating and developing the written content and supporting documents for the Service Delivery, Performance Management and Relationship Management plans
  • Acting as the point of contact when the Account Manager is absent
  • Reviewing and evaluating tender documents
  • Ensuring seamless transition during mobilisation of any new supply chain contracts

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience with the management of external contracts
  • Experience managing an operational facilities supply chain function
  • Good hard and soft FM expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full security clearance, or in the position to obtain full security clearance
  • Friendly, approachable and professional individual
  • Computer literate with Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • SAP and SharePoint experience would be advantageous
