Multi Media Centre Trainer

£22,214 to £25,728 per annum

Full time, 37 hours per week

The Multimedia Centre (MMC), which is part of IT Services (ITS), is a key department for the University providing essential services and support to both students and staff. With 2 TV studios, radio studio, audio suite, over 130 Apple Macs in both open access and teaching rooms, together with specialist editing software, the students have access to top quality facilities. In addition, the MMC provide an extensive loan service giving students access to professional cameras and lighting and much more. The post holder, by providing excellent training and coaching supported by authoring top-quality learning material, plus the ability to work with others at all levels to research and advise on new technology or software packages, is a key member of the department. As our ideal candidate you will have experience of working in a training role, with knowledge of Apple Mac, Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X.
