ERP Finance Analyst (PTP, RTR & OTC) - Microsoft As the ERP Finance Analyst, you will take accountability for establishing, leading and managing the PTP, RTR & OTC Business Process work stream, which is part of a strategic global change programme to simplify how the organisation delivers Business Administration. Responsibilities - Review existing PTP, RTR & OTC finance processes in all regions and global functions; making recommendations for globally consistent business processes. - Document and/or map business processes targeted for change via approved projects, both current and future state. - Identify the business impact of the finance process change, across process, people and systems and, articulate the cost and benefit of the changes Required Experience - Strong experience of Business and Finance Process Re-engineering on a programme involving an ERP roll out (Ideally MS Dynamics) and an understanding of the PTP, RTR & OTC finance processes involved. - Hands on experience in Business and Finance Process Re-engineering practices and techniques, such as value chain analysis, lean Six Sigma, total quality management or COSO process control framework. - Good experience of leading and directing the work of others; proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues based on trust and confidence. - Proven written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills that can be executed credibly to inspire confidence. - A problem solver with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions in a collaborative manner. - Strong attention to detail. - Strong experience in the use of MS Office products, in particular, Excel and Visio.
