Senior Channel Development Manager
We are currently recruiting for Senior Channel Development Manager with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of identifying, recruiting and on-boarding channel reseller partners.
The Senior Channel Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives, reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Based in London, N5
This position requires extensive travel.
All prospective employees must pass a background check.
£60-75K plus double OTE potential
o Proactively identifies and recruits new, qualifying partners.
o Establishes productive, professional partner relationships.
o Proactively leads the partner planning process including development of mutual performance objectives targets.
o Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
o Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
o Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
o Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
o Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
o Works with Senior team to plan the partner recruit campaign
o Achieves assigned recruitment quota of qualified new partner accounts.
o Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
o Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
o Completes required training and development objectives
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
o channel development experience, preferably in the business software market.
o Should be able to demonstrate personal success in recruiting a successful partner channel.
o Ideally would have experience of DAM (Digital Asset Management), and/or other marketing software solutions.
