myBench are looking for an honest and straightforward Campaign / Project / Account Manager who has led a mix of marketing & communications campaigns with concurrent ownership to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team with colleagues and clients.

Our client is a leading CRM agency (Part of an awarding winning international advertising agency network) based in London. They are a very friendly agency with a management team who are very ‘hands on’ and pride themselves on being truly approachable and collaborative.


•You will be wholly accountable for the delivery of allocated campaigns, on plan, on budget, per requirement, at times having multiple campaigns progressing in parallel. All Campaigns will be owned from requirement through to evaluation

•You will be Responsible for making sure that campaigns are project managed end to end, category campaigns are set up and managed successfully and that the key campaign metrics (e.g.: brand metric, sales targets, footfall) are achieved

•Responsible for producing, (at times coordinating and overseeing); the production and communication of campaign briefs across multiple business units and third-party agencies making sure timings is managed efficiently.

•Face-to-face & general communication of requirements, planning, Synch plan owners, progress with P&L owners, Content developers, Product managers, Fulfilment and the campaign support infrastructure

•Own the campaign messaging end to end: including best in class test plan

•Work closely with the Brand and digital team to deliver this plan, gather insights and ensure recommendations can be made against any campaign gaps or new opportunities

•Work in collaboration with the external partners and digital delivery teams to leverage effectiveness and capability in category campaign activities.

•Support the maintenance of a clear schedule of activity and ensuring this is communicated to all stakeholders, working with the Campaign Lead to resolve any scheduling issues that might arise in conjunction with the Brand, agencies and Delivery teams ensuring there is always clarity

•Management of the coordination of the production of all customer communications across multiple business units including business and consumer

•Working with all business areas to create a compelling brief of KPI’s for each campaign

•In collaboration with the Marketing communications strategy team, you will own the strategic view and implementation of industry leading customer journeys

•Managing the collaboration of all learnings & insight, ensuring these are fed into a robust test and learn plan

•Collaborating with our Insight & Customer Experience team to create audiences for our multichannel campaigns & manage data briefing into our data delivery team


•5+ years in customer communications/campaign management and brand marketing & communications with a trading (direct response) focus

•Strong understanding of email, customer journey creation and data

•A proven campaign/project manager who has led a mix of marketing & communications campaigns with concurrent ownership

•Someone who is intrigued by the possibilities of how to answer problems and challenges through the creative use of direct marketing

•Experience designing and managing, through to delivery and later evaluation of campaigns containing a mix of media across BTL, ATL and brand

•Creative thinker, but with a logical streak - someone who sees beyond the obvious and challenges convention

•Experience gained in a fast moving, commercial consumer sales/marketing environment, with digital at its heart

•A data enthusiast – someone who understands and can demonstrate that using data can be a creative process too!

•Strong team player with proven track record of working cross-functionally, building good relationships with other teams, and senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration

•Understanding of the full marketing mix including both online and offline media channels.

•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

•Must thrive in a fast-moving and highly changeable environment

•Experience of project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills

•University degree or marketing/media qualification - Desirable
