A forward thinking and well established water hygiene company that provides expertise in the areas of legionella, water treatment, legionella and other services across the country is actively for the services of an astute and commercially focused and self-driven Water Hygiene Accounts Manager based in West Midlands and will include applications from Staffordshire, Birmingham, West Bromwich and the surrounding areas.

Purpose of the Role:

Managing prestigious contract designated by the client.

The individual must come from solid chemical, technical, accounts, sales, operational and management background and must have proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual, who comes from a strong chemical, technical, engineering, legionella, sales, accounts, contracts and management background.

Holding a degree pertaining to marketing or business or chemistry would be advantageous - HND.

Would have attended some training courses with regards to water treatment/water hygiene.

Must have good communication, client-facing, leadership, organizational and presentation skills.

With be well versed with the water treatment/water hygiene industry.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have a proven track record working within this role and with the water treatment/water hygiene industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing staff and ensuring that they carry out the work effectively and within time line.

Dealing with contracts and allocating jobs.

Managing existing contracts and new contracts.

Collating and producing reports and reviews.

Getting involved with training - clients and staff, producing documents with regards to policies and procedures - water hygiene - legionella.

Quotations & Tenders and Estimates.

Visiting sites and attending meetings.

Building and maintaining good rapport with clients/customers - generating new business leads.

Dealing with the company's client's requirements effectively and maintaining high standards.

Key Performance Indicators.

Get involved with audits - quality, Health & Safety, etc.

Liaising with the sales and finance team.

Dealing with any issues appropriately and effectively.
