Test AnalystPoole Circa £30,000 D.O.EA global leader in the transportation solutions arena are currently looking for a Test Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis in Poole. The successful candidate will be working in a large team who are responsible for testing all aspects on integrated systems - working alongside Developers, Architects, Project Managers and on occasion liaising directly with the client/end user. You will be completing end to end and user-acceptance testing but experience with component level, exploratory and also automated testing would be highly beneficial for the role. Strong communication skills is a must and you will need the confidence and ability to deliver feedback to test/project/development teams in accordance with the project deliverables. Responsibilities of Test Analyst will include: * Preparing and writing test cases/scripts* Static testing of project/test documents/requirements* Deploying systems for execution* Providing feedback to all appropriate colleagues * Scheduling test activities* Maintain and manage test environment/equipment* Work with peers in Development/Programme Management/Design Teams* Take on a service minded and client-orientated approach to your workThe ideal candidate will possess:* Extensive experience in software testing, tools and practices* Automated test experience is desirable* ISTQB Foundation certificate (or equivalent) * MS Windows, SQL are essential core skills - Experience/knowledge of Testrail, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Sharepoint would be advantageous* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skillsTo apply for the position of Test Analyst or for more information on the role, please contact Sam or Luke at Rubicon - ***********Our team guarantees complete confidentiality and will never submit candidate's details or share them with a third party without first obtaining their permission.
