Apprenticeship Trainer - Engineering (WBLC) - £23,445 to £27,771 per annum An exciting opportunity and arisen within the Work Based Learning department of West Suffolk College. We take pride in employing engineers with fantastic hands-on experience to impart their knowledge to the next generation of talented engineers in the local area through the growth of apprenticeships and work based learning. The role includes delivery of vocational qualifications; designing and delivering training, pastoral and assessment elements of an apprentice's or work-based learner's individual learning programmes across a range of Engineering subject areas. Ideally, you should hold a relevant professional engineering qualification and a Level 3 award in Assessing (A1 or equivalent) but your experience and knowledge from working as an engineer is what we value most and so full training will be provided. You should be IT literate, possess great problem solving skills, have your own transport and have the flexibility to travel across all areas within the East of England.
