We have partnered with an exciting scientific company who are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line support for the group. This varied role will see you answering support queries via email, phone and the helpdesk system, as well as admin support to the IT team. We`re looking for: - Previous experience providing 1st line technical support via phone and email - The ability to take ownership of user problems and to be proactive in dealing with user issues - To be able to work to agreed SLA`s and resolve technical issues in a prompt manner. - You will need to be professional, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
