Watson Evans are seeking an Accounts Administrator on behalf of a well established, thriving business based close to Newquay. The purpose of this role is to cover a period of maternity leave, and so it will be offered on a full time basis for 12 months, a competitive salary, likely to be between £16,000 and £18,000 dependent on experience. Responsibilities will include: - Sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control - Preparing payment runs, collating salary information and running reports for directors - Liaising with customers, taking job orders and allocating job numbers - Communicating customer requirements with colleagues - General admin and cover for holidays/sickness Working as part of a small and friendly team, the successful person will be/have: - Experience in a varied role incorporating accounts and admin tasks - Used to working in a small team - IT literate with Excel in particular - Able to work efficiently to deadlines For further information on this position, please contact Oliver Watson as soon as possible quoting reference OW337.
