£80k- £100k base, double OTE, car allowance, pension, health care


Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Account Director to join a Multinational Analytics Software organisation. Our client is one of the leaders in their field with multinational offices and a steady growth rate. Their ground breaking use of big data and mathematical algorithms for predicting customer behaviour to manage risk and fraud has transformed the industry. The currently sell to 9 out of the top 10 retail banks within the UK as well as many other major Financial, Banking and Multinational organisations.

This is a Major Accounts role managing one of the organisations top tier clients sitting within the financial space. You will hold full ownership of the account and will be tasked with managing and growing the revenue spend, selling across their full portfolio of analytic based software for the financial space. The role comes with full technical support and the option of utilising sales specialists aligned to each area within the portfolio.

To apply for this business Account Director role you must -

  • Currently selling Financial Software solutions around AML, Anti-Fraud, KYC, Financial Risk, Compliance, Credit Management etc;

  • Have recent experience managing and growing large-scale accounts;

  • Experience selling into the Financial Services industry

  • Sold at enterprise level with deals sizes in excess of £200k

  • Proven track record of success

  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
