An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a prestigious Wealth Management firm who are currently seeking a bright graduate to join their data analytics team based in Cirencester. This role will see the candidate supporting the Data and Analytics Manager in the development of the data strategy and roadmap, delivering insight that drives business growth and informs engagement with the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

·Support marketing data systems, tools and infrastructure

·Track, and measure key metrics, ROI and activity against agreed KPIs.

·Support development projects to effectively manage data in marketing and deliver data insight

·Understand and utilise marketing data profiling tools such as Experian FSS and their application to data

·Support the development of our client data insight

·Liaise with internal clients

·Provide data analytics support and advice across Agency

·Monitor, report and interpret the data insight generated across all digital engagement communications, campaigns and websites

·Work closely with the digital services team, commercial partnerships and front office on campaign tracking, setting and measuring KPIs

·Analyse and data mine client and campaign data

·Support in the execution of strategy and plan for internal clients

·Clearly brief requirements to supporting suppliers and agencies

·Co-ordinate supplier relationships and review meetings

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant University Degree or equivalent qualification/work experience and have aptitude and interest in data marketing and financial services. Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi task and strong Microsoft office skills including Excel are vital for this role.

Candidates who have previous experience using CMS platforms and Google analytics and a good understanding of VBA and SQL will be looked at favourably.
