Our client based within the West London area is currently looking for Contract administrator. The ideal candidate will be confident with attention to detail while being responsible and driven. Your main duties would include managing various processes through the CRM database.
You'll have the ability to work under pressure and have an eye for detail with a analytical flair. Ensuring you comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
*Maintain the dashboard and CRM system - updating/ data entry/ monitoring what documents are outstanding/chasing for information
*Prepare contracts, contract extensions and client contracts
*Respond to email and telephone queries from contractors
*Liaise with recruitment consultants with regards to on boarding contractors and answer any questions arising from contracts sent out for assignments
*Analyse and flag any potential risks involved with specific contract terms
*Preparing reports for the Contracts & Compliance manager

Requirements
*2 years at least previous experience working in a fast paced, pressurised environment
*Excellent excel; skills
*Computer literate
*Organised and methodical while able to multi task
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Attention to detail spotting any discrepancies that may arise
*Strong analytical and organisational skills
*Commitment & willingness to learn
