Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who operate a portfolio of more than 90 cinemas in the UK and have a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world. This exciting, innovative company are looking for a Store Manager to operate a branded cafe within their new cinema due to open in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Staff RotasStock ControlTill operation and cash reconciliationAddressing and resolving customer complaintsRecruitment, induction and trainingCoaching Supervisors and Multifunctional staff membersAdherence to Health and Safety legislationMonitoring compliance and maintaining standardsWorking towards objectivesPerformance managementOperations managementBudgetary management
