This organisation will offer you a fantastic basic salary of between £18,000 - £23,000 depending upon experience. We are not recruiting for your average, run of the mill helpdesk coordinator. We are looking for someone who can be an integral part of a small, busy and hard-working team - someone who can add value through problem solving and coming up with solutions for their equally hard-working operations counterparts out in the field. The company we are recruiting for offer exceptional Facilities Management and Maintenance services to their clients from their office in Derby, with technically gifted engineers and strategic operations and contracts managers offering an excellent customer service experience. In order to do this, they need a proactive and positive minded helpdesk team to support them in looking after their clients. You will be given your own portfolio of clients to work with as such, we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following qualities, competencies and knowledge: - The ability to multi task and prioritise a busy schedule of works - Excellent communication skills - Fantastic levels of customer service - Experience of issuing/raising PO numbers Obviously this is a role within a busy FM company so if you do have the following experience you will be an ideal candidate for this great opportunity: - Managing engineers and their maintenance schedules both reactive and PPM - Logging and updating a CAFM system - Compiling and managing asset registers This is a full time permanent position to start ASAP, salary between £18,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience. LOCATION This role is an office based position in Derby and is commutable from Mickleover, Littleover, Ilkeston, Stapleford and Spondon You may have experience as one of the following: Service desk coordinator, Service desk operator, Service desk administrator, Helpdesk Coordinator, Helpdesk operator, Helpdesk administrator.
