A Technical Architect is required for a client based in London This role falls out of scope Experience: Personal Attributes: 5 top things we are looking for: Previous architectural and development experience in IT health domain � preferably focused on registries, data directories / reference data services, and open publishing of data via APIs / datasets etc. Excellent communication with a wide range of business and clinical stakeholders, technical domain experts, and endusers. Broad range of experience in technical solution design and delivery, and evidence of previous successful project delivery. Ability to work at and move between different levels of detail dependent on the needs of the teams, programme, and business. Broad spectrum understanding of current and emerging technologies and their capabilities, and a demonstrably pragmatic approach to balancing innovation, sustainability, and design. Qualifications Required Degree or higher in Computer Science�s or 5+ years experience in architectural design and development of large systems Certified in one or more architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) or equivalent demonstrable experience and understanding demonstrable experience and understanding Knowledge Skills: Any of the following skills will be considered valuable: Experience of working with registries, directories, or reference data services � preferably in the health domain. Experience of looselycoupled system integration / interoperability between different thirdparty systems. Software architectural design and system implementation experience in one or more health domains (e.g. urgent emergency care, unscheduled care, primary care). High level technical understanding of NHS Digital IT systems, those offered by third party suppliers, and the current systems interoperate landscape within the NHS. Experience of working with health interoperability standards e.g. HL7, IHE, NHS National Systems Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to stakeholders with different focuses (e.g. business / technical / security / clinical) Demonstrable experience of working closely with business stakeholders and third party suppliers to understand requirements and collectively deliver the best technical solution in terms of cost, performance, resilience, design approach and alignment with standards. Experienced in the delivery of complex IT solutions through the full life cycle from initial inception to production.
