1st Line Support Analyst, Help Desk JIRA, IOS, Android, Windows 8.1 required for our Government client based Liverpool, North West �160 �185. Due to the urgency of this position, preference will be given to candidates who hold current security clearance to CTC/SC level, however the client will also consider candidates who are prepared to go through security clearance to this level. Job Description Working for a fantastic client that delivers modern and flexible digital and technology services that are cost efficient whilst maintaining high quality services to all users of the clients technology system. To meet an immediate functional need they are in search of skilled professionals who posses Microsoft and Apple Technologies skills to provide first level support through taking calls and handling resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives. Key Requirements Daily responsibilities will include: Receive, log and manage calls via telephone, email and customer portal Maintain an Asset Database and track changes Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system (Jira) Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles Through Active Directory; create user accounts, reset passwords Escalate issues/unresolved calls with 2nd line support where problems cannot be resolved at a 1st line level Experience and skills required Minimum 1 years� experience required Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendars and Google drive Knowledge of Smartphones IOS Android Excellent indepth knowledge of Windows 8.1 IOS operating systems (mixed estate to support) Good knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint VERY clear verbal communication skills as 95% of user interaction is over the phone General Information Hours of operation: business hours are between 07:00 19:00 Mon Fri. Each shift will be 8.5 Hrs within the operational hours.
