I'm looking for an experienced Site Engineer to work with my client on a £20m civil engineering project in West London. This position will continue for 3 months, working on a 12 hour night shift. The selected candidate will have experience working with shafts, tunnels, drainage and pipe jacking schemes.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing the drainage subcontractor
  • Accurate setting out
  • Read and review construction plans
  • Management of subcontractors onsite
  • Daily site diaries, daily record keeping, cube reporting etc
  • Carrying out quality inspections as required
  • Ensuring health and safety onsite

Candidate requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in the heavy civils project
  • A valid CSCS card
