The Paid Search Account ManagerRole
As the leading Search Specialist, your primary responsibility will be setting up & managing the SEM strategy for a new department. You’ll build upon your previous knowledge and experience of performance marketing by setting up relevant tests, overhauling strategies and implementing your own data-driven ideas. You’ll be a key member of the team, informing the wider marketing strategy in a competitive search marketplace. They’ll need your expertise to devise and implement affiliate-style marketing strategies across high-stakes verticals.
This role also involves communicating with stakeholders to provide performance updates and inform them of new strategies being tested to generate growth or drive improvements in margins. You will be involved in managing relationships with representatives from the platforms that you work on, and champion any innovations that they bring.

Responsibilities of the Paid Search Account Manager:
·Finalise and launch the strategies and tracking solutions.
·Manage the Google and Bing accounts for the team, implementing affiliate-specific strategies to drive ROI.
·Work with wider commercial and marketing teams to establish new strategies, through analysis of competitors and external market activities.
·Work with other marketing teams to develop and refine a robust cross-channel strategy.
·Keep up to date with industry knowledge to refine your campaign strategies.
The Ideal Paid Search Account Manager:
·Proven SEM experience
·Comfortable working on a performance basis in a fast-moving business environment
·A detail-oriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills appropriate for running highly-targeted data-driven campaigns
·Proficient with Excel
·A proactive and independent approach to working life
·Technically strong in terms of tracking. Ideally, experience with DoubleClick
