Job Description We are looking for someone creative, passionate about marketing, familiar with Social Media is ambitious and wants to develop a career within Marketing. Someone who wants to gain a specific qualification within the Digital Marketing industry that do not already have one. Do you like to Blog and create content? Then we also want to hear from you. Duties/ Responsibilities - Reporting to Managing Director - You will assist the company's daily marketing and social media activities, as well as create and distribute content on social media on behalf of our clients - This role also involves supporting the company directors' sales activities by regularly creating presentations and infographics. Duties include (but are not limited to): - Managing the company's social media accounts and devising techniques to drive online traffic - Producing any artwork required by the company (mostly web, occasional print) - Managing the company's content calendar, including blog posts, graphics, video etc. - Creating and distributing marketing materials. These may include infographics, white papers, research and webinar recordings - Scheduling webinars, assisting company directors' with set up and presentation - Creating regular campaigns on business website writing content and monitoring interaction - Supporting with the organisation of events and presence at them - Submitting award entries - Occasionally running PPC campaigns - Creating succinct progress reports using different analytics packages - Managing our group of external partners and advisory board members - Managing our online community, - Managing client social media accounts, the creation of content calendars and content Qualities / essential requirements: Essential - Knowledge of all major social media networks - Creativity - experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is desired, however if you have a limited knowledge of Adobe you should have some understanding and experience using free tools such as Canva and Gimp - Proficient across all Microsoft applications including Excel - Some understanding and knowledge of email marketing - Strong communication skills - you'll need to successfully manage day-to-day client relationships - Ability to learn will play a big part in this role, as we will be looking for someone who can not only write content for campaigns but also learn the functionality of the platform - Excellent writing and communication skills Desired but not essential - Email marketing and website management experience - Experience using Prezi presentation software (desirable) - Working knowledge across a broad range of digital platforms including PPC and SEO - Experience of analytics packages including Google Analytics - Knowledge of monitoring tools Desired Qualifications Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal Other information Working week - Monday - Friday, - 9am - 5pm Benefits Higher salary upon completion of apprenticeship as well as full time job after a year.
