Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA (12 Month Maternity Cover) London £30-40k This is a very interesting opportunity to join a leading digital marketing agency in London and be responsible for one of their biggest accounts. The client you would be working on is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resources and finance. They provide the applications to the world's largest organisations including Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Procurement, and Employee Expense Management. This position is to provide maternity cover for a minimum of 12 months and being part of the EMEA Digital Marketing team, giving you experience with the latest web tools and technologies to support the digital marketing efforts across EMEA during that period. They are looking for an individual who learns fast, thrives on multitasking, has an eye for detail, and can prioritise their own time and as well as stakeholder requirements. The position requires excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support EMEA Marketing in its lead generation efforts to grow local revenue and to further develop online brand presence - Support EMEA Marketing campaigns by constructing website landing experiences using web content management system - Support the web localisation process to ensure everything is localised to the highest possible standard using an automated web content management system - Produce and get to market new EMEA digital marketing projects with a focus on lead generation, ongoing web updates, and maintenance of existing web pages including staging and live publishing to EMEA websites - Work with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, and Events to support product launches and local marketing campaigns - Participate in the creation, management, delivery, and measurement of a variety of digital marketing initiatives - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Work in close liaison with third-party vendors as appropriate Required Skills: - 5+ years or more experience in marketing with strong emphasis on digital marketing - 3-5+ years in a hands-on web producer or digital marketing management role for a leading enterprise company - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent education and experience - Strong understanding of digital best practices and standards - Experience working with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Teamsite, Ingeniux, Documentum, Drupal, etc.) - Experience working with web metrics tools (Adobe Analytics, Test and Target, WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc.) - Experience with website A/B testing a plus - Strong search marketing knowledge with familiarity on SEO techniques - Working knowledge of graphic design, web interface design and multimedia - Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment - Exceptional creativity and ability to "think out of the box" in the pursuit of unrealised digital marketing opportunities - Analytical mindset - Very proactive initiative with a sense of urgency - Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal/customer service skills and a "can do" attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills - Outstanding record of achievement, ambition, and drive - Ability to speak either French, Dutch, German or Spanish is not required but an advantage
