This is a remote working role within a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm. The role would suit someone wanting to supplement an existing job, avoid a commute or scale back from a full-time role. The job is Initially part time (Circa 2/3 days a week), but can be expanded if desired as the business grows. The role will include the following duties: - Preparing management accounts - Preparing annual accounts and corporation tax returns - Preparing VAT returns and payroll - Building and maintaining client relationships - Advising clients on a variety of accountancy and tax matters - Practice management, tracking deadlines etc. You should have the following attributes: - At least 5 years' experience working in practice - Relevant professional qualifications - Experience working with demanding clients - Ability to work without close supervision or management Candidates with experience of the following software packages are preferred: - Xero - MS Office suite - IRIS Salary will be based on an hourly rate and there is the ability to earn more than this through longer hours and/or commission (to be discussed).
