They are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to work alongside their Facilities Management team in a role that is varied and challenging. Main Responsibilities - Working as a key member within the facilities team, you will be responsible for: - Scanning documents - Electronic filing - Dealing with outgoing and incoming mail - Records management - recalling documents from storage - Preparing files for external storage - Printing and binding documents - Updating internal systems Qualities/ Requirements - Ability to work on own initiative and in a proactive manner - Excellent administration skills - High level attention to detail - Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel - Team player - Present a professional image and demonstrates excellent customer service skills Qualification Requirements Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal Other Important Information Daily working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm, £15, 379
