As Senior Strategy & Planning Manager, you'll spearhead a winning strategy across Digital, CRM & Insights. You'll report into the Director and work with your fellow leadership team to define and execute a world-class strategy that makes sure we're always one step ahead of our competition. With creative flair and commercial acumen, you'll embrace governance and EE processes, but also help us embed our agile way of working that keeps us right at the cutting-edge of our industry. The voice of DCRM&I, it'll be up to you to shape and articulate our vision and help bring it to life.

What you'll do:

* Articulate, communicate and regularly update our strategy
* Ensure strategy is aligned to our single Marketing plan
* Develop and own our KPI dashboard
* Own the strategic roadmap plan
* Own the overall communication plan and share progress across the business
* Continuously improve our processes for governance and planning, and champion agile working
* Maintain a robust and agile resourcing model that fits with our Finance and HR systems
* Be a thought leader in your field and always champion best practice.

You'll definitely:

* Be educated to degree level or higher
* Have proven experience in strategic roles
* Have worked cross-functionally in complex organisations
* Be experienced working in agile environments
* Be able to communicate complex concepts in a straightforward way
* Possess a good understanding of best practice planning and governance processes
* Experience of technical or digital delivery
