Helpdesk Support ICT Support Engineer required Our Newcastle based client seeks and experienced Helpdesk Support ICT Support Engineer with the following must have skills and experience. Min of 12 month of 1st line Support Experience This role will be provide 1st Line Helpdesk customer and technical support on hardware, software and application problems and queries in order to ensure systems remains operationally available Candidates must also be able to provide off-line support tasks such as running ad-hoc batch processes and basic Systems Administration Candidates must have a good level of Technical knowledge around ICT Candidates must have excellent communications skills and good team ethics Candidates must have good organisational skills and high quality workmanship Candidate must have be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions and be eligible for SC Clearance Please note only candidates with all of the above will be considered for this role
