Simply Be & Jacamo are seeking driven and enthusiastic Store Managers or Assistant Managers to join its pop-up shop based in Bristol for a 1 year fixed term contract. As the Store Manager / Assistant Manager, your duties will be to: - Coach and develop your team to give the very highest standards of customer service, spotting and maximising their potential whilst ensuring adequate cover at all times. - Motivate your team through communicating targets and driving sales performance to maximise profitability across the store. - Assist with the recruitment of your team and manage all people challenges. - Manage the P&L as well as acting as a Brand Ambassador, dealing confidently with escalated customer queries and issues. To be a successful Store Manager / Assistant Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - Previous retail management experience in fashion is essential. - The ability to drive a team to achieve and exceed company standards in a fast-paced environment. - A creative flair for merchandising with the initiative to make commercial decisions. - A strong communicator with a natural coaching ability to unlock the potential of your team. You will be working 40 hours per week, rotating including weekends. In return, the Store Manager will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and as an Assistant Manager you will receive a salary of £23,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
