Global Cyber Security Incident ManagerLondon Job ID: R-37667 Full time Pay family: Information Technology Salary: Salary of £56,600 to £105,100. dependent on experience Role Description As a Global Cyber Security Incident Manager you will provide operational support for Aviva global cyber security operations teams worldwide. This position requires a high level of technology expertise with Internet based and traditional technology architectures, incident response management, and security domain knowledge. The abilities to problem solve, make good risk based decisions with limited information, function calmly under pressure and communicate effectively are also required. Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage a 24x7 incident response service. - Contribute to a global centre of excellence for SIEM. - Provide a range of incident management activities, including; Incident governance, leadership, communication & response. - Work as part of a global team to monitor and mitigate security threats. - Participate from a security perspective in complex investigations, working if required with technology staff and suppliers. - Manage operational security services delivered by external suppliers. - Manage a programme of security incident exercises across worldwide Aviva teams. - Analyse complex technical information to identify patterns and trends, root causes, relationships and causal links. - Implement a continuous service improvement regime. - Create and maintain high quality documentation to define and support the service. - Contribute strategic technical input to the CISO management team. - Able to manage risks and issues. - Able to work collaboratively with teams from other disciplines. - Able to manage concurrent complex activities to short timescales. Skills & Experience Required: - Recognised Cyber Security qualification such as CISSP or GCIH. - Broad knowledge of security standards/practices and of security management across multiple platforms and environments including application security. - Strong knowledge of security infrastructure and controls, including cross platform log management, data analysis and system-profiling. - Demonstrable experience performing in a similar role for a complex organisation, combined with excellent relationship management skills, able to deal with technical stakeholders.
