I am currently looking for an IT/Desktop Support/Helpdesk/Service Desk Engineer for an initial 3 Month contract based in Surrey for an ASAP start. The key skills and experience required for the role are; - Providing first and second line support on all hardware and software issues and problems deskside or remotely. - Assisting with all aspects of IT support including desktop Pc's, Laptop's, Printers and the LAN - Provide mobile support for Apple iOS, android, windows and blackberry - Configuring all machines, equipment's and desktop software - Strong remote and face to face support Installation - Trouble shooting and resolving any Helpdesk/desktop issues - Answering calls and escalating problems - Responsible for managing all IT Helpdesk systems - Working closely with the IT Team on configuring and supporting the IT Infrastructure and Network. - Experience working with; - Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook ect) - Strong windows environment, windows 7/8/8.1/XP/10 - Active Directory and Exchange - Lotus Notes - Printing/Printers - Must have excellent communication and team work skills If you would like to be considered for this role please submit your CV ASAP.
