The role will involve working initially with small groups of students within the maths department holding intervention sessions to support their academic learning. You will support groups of students from Year 7 - Year 13. Some students in Year 7 may require additional support to help them settle in to their new school, whilst those in Year 11, 12 and 13 will require revision/exam preparation support. As a Maths teaching assistant your role will be varied and no two days will be the same - the role is extremely rewarding as you will have a key role to play in a student's education experience and outcomes.
