SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 (neg) + Pension + Private Healthcare + Guaranteed Bonus + Life Assurance + Superb Career Prospects + Annual Earnings £50,000+ LOCATION: This position is based from the West Midlands manufacturing site so candidates living in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Stafford, Cannock, Worcester and other local areas are preferred. Relocation packages are on offer for candidates wanting to move to the West Midlands region. THE ROLE: Working for an internationally renowned manufacturer of technology and materials science related products, as an Applications Engineer you will play a vital role within the product engineering division working specifically on the development of polymer 3D printing (SLS) technologies. Based from the West Midlands, you will help spearhead the development and application of new and existing products to the specific demands of a varied client base across the world. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for candidates with experience in 3D SLS polymer printing, additive manufacturing and/or materials engineering. With relevant qualifications in this field, you will be a technically minded professional who is able to troubleshoot, problem solve and develop technical solutions. Any experience with polymers, resins, chemical transfers, additives or similar would be advantageous. With some industrial experience in a similar applications engineer, project engineer, development engineer etc capacity, you will be looking to join a market leading firm and have aspirations to move your career forward consistently.
