The Project

In association with world renowned architects our client has been commissioned to undertake the Study, Design and Supervision of a new $4bn transportation project in Kuwait.

The Role

· To spearhead LEED Certification for the project to work during the Construction Stage

· Provide construction phase oversight, including but not limited to, ensuring the client’s sustainability and LEED goals and objectives are properly executed onsite by phase team contractors, subcontractors, and LEED consultants.

· Work directly on project deliverables including technical reports, project consultant team document reviews, on-site training, bi-weekly and monthly reports, etc.

· Ensure existing Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Submittal Protocols and Document Flow Procedures are followed and successfully implemented

· Manage and facilitate delivery efforts to client expectations and ensure client satisfaction during and after the delivery of a scope of work and deliverables, making any requested alterations in an established timeframe

The Person

· Degree qualified Engineer or Architect with degree from a recognised Western University

· Extensive, relevant and proven sustainable industry knowledge

· Experience implementing LEED during design, construction and through final certification for stand-alone and multiple building certifications

· Min. 15 yrs professional experience in architecture, engineering, design and construction, interior design, operations and building management, or other related fields.

· Middle East experience preferred
