Job Description Working with our Conversion Team, you will be supporting the application and admissions process, ensuring all applications have been assessed in a timely fashion. This is a fast paced and volume lead role requiring attention to detail and a high level of concentration to ensure our student journey is an efficient and welcoming process. Main role/ responsibilities - To manage all applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of internal stakeholders and applicants and that they are compliant with the requirements of government policy - To process incoming applications and liaise with main campus admissions to ensure a decision is made - To make sure applications are dealt with in accordance with the strict admissions policy - To ensure all details entered into the CRM system are accurate - To work closely with the conversion team, monitor responses ensuring applicants' responses to decisions are accurately recorded and actioned - Ensure that all the correct procedures are followed when dealing with international students. - Ensure that applicants seeking student finance has successfully applied for a loan - To evaluate and collect feedback from stakeholders on the quality of admissions activities and to provide expert advice on the level of support, resources and change needed to deliver a high-quality service - To manage a high workload, especially during peak times - Supporting the Conversion Manager in accurately reporting sales data - Providing excellent customer service - Ability to work not only within the conversion team, but across of all QAHE and the wider QA Group Qualities/ essential requirements - Experience of working in a professional environment - Experience of MS Office suite - An awareness of good data management practice - Ability to work in an environment where change is a constant feature Desired Qualification 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other Important Information Daily working days/ hours - Monday-Friday, 37.5hrs per week Benefits - QA operates dress-down Fridays and a friendly and relaxed corporate culture - As well as our other employee benefits, QA offers subsidised gym membership and a cycle-to-work scheme
