Ideally you will have some experience of working with children/young people. About the role This exciting role will see you working across Key Stage 2 supporting class teachers. Some children at the school display challenging behaviour, you will work with these pupils to support their learning and understand how to assistant them. You will receive excellent training from the school and use strategies to ensure the child's learning is not disrupted. Aside from this you will be involved of all aspects of school life including extra-curricular activities! If you have a subject specialism (e.g Maths, Science) the school will utilise this knowledge to provide extra 1:1 sessions for children who need extra support. About the school This is a lovely two-form entry Primary school close to the city centre near Hulme. The children are happy and eager to learn and staff are supportive of one another.
