Finance Administrator / Finance Officer
Job Title: Finance Administrator (Purchasing and Payments)
Salary: Circa £19,479
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

A good opportunity has arisen for a full time Finance Administrator within the Finance team. The main responsibility is maintaining and controlling the Purchase Ledger, receiving invoices, processing them for payment and dealing with enquiries.
Other responsibilities will include a variety of accounting functions as follows -: credit card payments, manual payments, preparation and maintenance of fixed assets register, prepayment and accrual schedules, bank reconciliations and the supporting journals.
You must have a minimum of two years' experience within an accounting role and ideally possess professional qualifications at AAT Intermediate - Level 3 or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of purchase ledger and payment processes, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to be an effective team member.
