This is a great Help Desk opportunity where you will work in a front line support role, providing end user support to my clients' employees. You will help end users with their technical problems across Windows Server & Desktop, Active Directory, Citrix, and Exchange. Issues will be BAU and will range from simple setting up new users to problem investigation and mini-project work. This is great environment, where the team work hard and have fun at the same time.
