THE ROLE This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Incentives Solicitor to join an intellectually stimulating and fast-paced environment, undertaking a diverse caseload advising clients on share plans; employment; tax; pensions and; incentives issues. The role will involve advising and negotiating on complex transactions for high net-worth clients. The successful solicitor will implement new share plans and restructure pension arrangements as well as competently draft agreements and advise companies on share awards; rights issues; corporate transactions; incentive schemes and; establishing employee trusts. THE CANDIDATE You will be a Solicitor from newly qualified to at least 1-year PQE ideally gained within an incentives department. You will have an excellent academic background with a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level. You will have previous experience working within a leading law firm in the City. You will be highly analytical with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure. You will be personable with a high level of integrity.
