3rd Line Support Engineer with experience of the Lloyds Insurance / London market needed for this City based insurer. Working as part of a close knit team the responsibilities are broad and will include: * Providing 3rd Line support on Microsoft products (both front and back office) including MS SQL Server. * Supporting their network and infrastructure - connectivity troubleshooting and fault resolution. * Hardware support - repair and replacing of desktops and peripherals, cabling and patching. * Network administration responsibilities; creating new accounts in Active Directory, creation and management of mailboxes on Exchange Server * Onsite hardware maintenance, arrangement of repairs, deliveries and supplies with third parties for the business.
