International Law firm in London city have a fantastic career opportunity for a skilled IT services desk analyst with around 1 years experience of working on a busy and dynamic IT help desk, ideally with some experience of working in a law firm or with Legal applications. The IT Service Desk Analysts are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and a professional and high quality service to the firm's internal users. The service desk operates as the front line of IT customer engagement and delivers support and assistance across a varied portfolio of IT systems and services. Delivering support in an efficient, positive, helpful and enthusiastic manner will be critical to achieving success in the role. Technical experience required includes - Good troubleshooting skills, with all-round knowledge of desktop hardware and laptops. - Experience of all core Microsoft Office 2007 products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Understanding of legal software. - Ability to deal with "How do I?" support questions Apply now, interviews will happen shortly.
