We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a proven track record working within the digital marketing field and is a brand advocate who champions the core fabric of the brand.

About the Role

Key accountabilities of the role will include:

  • Build and implement One Stop’s digital strategy, aligned to the Brand Framework
  • Work cross functionally to deliver content aligned to the Brand Framework and comms plan
  • Manage and create compelling targeted customer journeys across all channels
  • Develop and deliver the test and learn content plan in line with wider communications strategy
  • Analyse campaign results and trends, for future activity to increase brand visibility and awareness
  • Ensure the website is playing its role in the digital customer journey and all communication is up to date and on-brand
  • Pro-actively monitor and manage online reviews and ratings
  • Build strong and positive relationships with suppliers and key contacts within the Tesco Group
  • Manage & lead relationships with 3rd parties & agencies to deliver on the digital strategy & wider integrated marketing objectives
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with creative agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Keep abreast of digital platforms and innovation to ensure that the brand maintains competitive advantage
  • Drive, develop and manage the Social Media strategy to drive increased engagement and brand awareness
  • Ensure we are continually measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website analytics
  • Manage my own budget and ensure I am aligned to forecast
  • Travel to Tesco Head Office to ensure that knowledge and best practice is shared across Tesco Group teams

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Extensive experience working in Digital Marketing and is considered a specialist in their field
  • Highly inquisitive about digital marketing and a good exposure to the latest innovations
  • Experience in building strong relationships and managing senior stakeholders
  • A brand advocate who champions the core fabric of the brand and engages the business
  • Marketing degree, CIM or similar qualification
  • A strong, commercial / FMCG, digital marketing background – including
  • Analytical, with data-lead approach
