The CRM Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales Excellence to set the vision and strategy for CRM. This will support delivery of benefits including enhanced sales performance, operational efficiencies and improved employee experience. The role will ensure that we successfully translate vision and strategy into deliverable functionality and application performance, and will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver CRM capabilities to our users. Strategic Leadership Owner of CRM business and technology roadmap. Ownership of the day to day relationship with Develop a roadmap for delivery of CRM functionality, taking into account all stakeholder needs. Lead on innovative thinking and solutions to address current and future customer needs and expectations. Build productive relationships and clear channels of communication with users to ensure a full understanding of their goals and challenges. Translate the Product vision into a cohesive product line plan. Deliver innovative evolution of the CRM product through collaboration with cross functional stakeholders including development, architecture, user experience and business users. Product Development Partner with other product managers where collaboration is critical to CRM success. Manage, investigate, prioritize and communicate tasks and issues for completion by the CRM development team. Proactively manage expectations of customers around product roadmap, releases and priorities. Train salespeople and internal staff on product features and functionality. Manage the CRM product lifecycle from idea through to retirement, including prioritising requirements through collaboration with key business stakeholders. Manage 3rd party suppliers with regards to commercial relationship, pricing, contract and operations. Essential - Experience with enterprise applications, ideally - Experience in data management tools would also be advantageous - 10 years+ CRM product management experience with in depth knowledge of CRM tools KPIs, data, and analytics - specific experience is essential - Strong interpersonal skills- sharp, energetic, assertive and results-oriented. - Ability to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues and partners - Demonstrated ability to collect and document end-user feedback to gain a deep understanding of grassroots and advocacy processes and pain points - Exceptional technical aptitude with experience developing applications on Salesforce CRM or other cloud platforms - Experience in Product Management, of data oriented and software products/ Technical Software sales background will also be considered - Experience in Data Quality or Data Management industry preferred - Experience in B2B software/services - Experience in managing partnerships, reseller agreements and contract negotiation - Strong analytical ability and data driven decision maker with a strategic mind-set - Proven ability to manage a large stakeholder network effectively and collaboratively in a complex, matrix environment comprised of diverse roles and interests - Has the ability to articulate and explain complicated issues in a simple and accurate manner. - Articulate and professional with strong presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels
